Michael Stark
General Partner and Founder, Crosslink Capital

Michael co-founded Crosslink Capital. He oversees all public and private investment activities and is active in the firm's core technology/semiconductor venture initiative. Prior to Crosslink Michael was at Robertson Stephens where he served as Director of Research and equity analyst covering the semiconductor and software industries. Previously, he was at Intel Corporation. Michael received a BS in Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA with honors from the University of Michigan.



Dr. Louis “Lou” R. Tomasetta, Ph.D.

Lou co-founded Vitesse Semiconductor a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative silicon solutions used in the networking, communications and storage industries. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer from its inception in 1987 until 2006. Previously he was President of the integrated circuits division of Vitesse Electronics Corporation. Prior to that, Lou was a director of the Advanced Technology Implementation department at Rockwell International Corporation. Lou has over 25 years experience in the management and development of high technology businesses. He received B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.



Len Rand
Managing Director, Granite Ventures

Len joined Granite Ventures in 2002, after spending nearly three decades working inside both public and private companies. As CEO of four private companies, he successfully turned them into public entities through acquisition. Prior to joining Granite, Len was General Manager of Strategic Marketing and Global Alliances for the Intel Communications Group (ICG) at Intel Corporation. Len joined Intel after serving as CEO and Founder of NetBoost Corporation, which was acquired by Intel Corporation in 1999. Prior to NetBoost, Len was Co-founder of Internet Middleware, Inc., as well as CEO of The Whitewater Group (acquired by Symantec). Len was also CEO at the Rand Group (acquired by Intergraph Corporation), and was Vice President & General Manager at both Intergraph Corporation and Autodesk, Inc.
